How To Spa:
Spa Environment
At Jala Spa we strive to provide you with the most relaxing and soothing spa experience possible. Your cooperation in providing a quiet environment is greatly appreciated, so please refrain from using your cell phone. Jala Spa is an adult facility and is available to both men and women over the age of 18.
Booking Policy
In order to schedule your appointment time, we will require a valid credit card number at the time of booking.
Cancellation
Should you need to change or cancel an appointment at Jala Spa, please contact us eight hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations with less than eight hours’ notice will result in full charges. Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment or the rescheduling of your appointment (charges will apply).
Gratuities
In an effort to make your experience as seamless as possible, Jala Spa applies a 20% service charge to the cost of all spa treatments.
Pre-Arrival
Please arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your treatment start time to prepare for your Jala Spa experience. Check in is at the concierge desk located by the pool.
Spa Attire
Jala Spa will provide you with a robe and sandals for your comfort while you enjoy our private spa suites. Please leave jewelry and other valuables in your guestroom safe. Jala Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
Amenities
Your experience starts with a champagne toast and foot ritual. Spa guests will also enjoy complimentary use of our private spa suites, this includes your own private restroom and steam shower.
Parking
Complimentary self parking is available for outside guests visiting Jala Spa. Parking passes must be validated with a receipt by the front desk.
